Our culture is people-focused data-driven and results-oriented.Summary:The Breakfast Attendant oversees the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet to ensure a smooth and positive breakfast experience for hotel addition this Breakfast Attendant maintains the dining space ensures food is available accepts payment and provides any other guest services. They help with seating delivering food and drinks to guests managing the buffet and cleaning tables between guests.Duties & Responsibilities:Set up and maintain the breakfast area during meal serviceWelcome and provide personalized service to all guestsAssist guests by helping them to their seatsTend to hotel guest needs and requestsHave knowledge of restaurants menu items and beverage choicesKnow about the entire property services hours of operation locations nearby places of interest etc.Prepare foods in line with brand standardsEnsure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing mannerWipe up spills and maintain cleanliness of all appliances and counter space in the buffet area and workspace throughout the breakfast shift practicing clean-as-you-go proceduresClear and clean tables as they are vacatedInspect the cleanliness and presentation of all flatware glass and silverware prior to useMaintain the inventory of food beverages and supplies for each dayEnsure that guests are always provided with the highest quality product and serviceSolve guest issues with professionalism and always maintain a hospitable attitudeAdditional tasks may be assigned at any given time.
