The cook will set up the continental breakfast and cook a la carte items on the hot line for breakfast and lunch. They will also assist in putting away food orders, prepping for dinner and cleaning projects when they are free. ResponsibilitiesSet up continental breakfastCook hot breakfast optionCook the hot line during lunchWeekly deep cleanChanging Fryer OilClean up station and take care of leftover foodPut away food orderEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersQualificationsWorking level of Kitchen English.
