Job DescriptionJob Description Be the Expert Behind Every Great Cup You’re the kind of technician who loves a challenge: a machine down at opening, a complex install this afternoon, and a preventive maintenance run to finish the day. At Farmer Brothers, our Revive™ Service & Restoration team relies on field experts like you to keep commercial coffee brewing and beverage dispensing equipment operating at its best. Your Mission Own the full lifecycle of equipment in your territory—installation, maintenance, emergency repair, and removal—while delivering a polished customer experience and airtight documentation every time. How You’ll Deliver Impact Execute installs, repairs, and removals for coffee and beverage systems across a designated geography.Respond to scheduled and unscheduled needs: emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and new installs.Join the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage.Steward your van stock—maintain spare parts/equipment levels and reorder within company guidelines.Close every call with precision: detailed work notes, complete and accurate invoices, and required customer signatures.Partner with the team on planning, scheduling, and executing installation projects.Communicate promptly and clearly; channel customer feedback and requests to leaders and partner departments.Meet service level agreements by prioritizing effectively and managing time and tasks. When & Where You’ll Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm. On-call required, including weekends (rotation). Travel: Primarily within a 100-mile driving radius; regional travel may be needed.
