You’ll be responsible for crew coordination, on-site communication, quality, and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects Ensure all work meets code, contract specs, and project deadlinesAct as the primary on-site contact for assigned projectsDirect self-performed crews and subcontractors in the fieldCoordinate material orders and deliveries to stay on scheduleTrack project costs and identify cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain accurate documentation and submit required deliverablesEnforce safety protocols and support job site safety initiativesOversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanshipCommunicate with stakeholders and escalate issues when neededSupport field reporting with accurate, timely updatesMentor and coach field teams on execution and best practiceFoster a collaborative and accountable team environmentAdapt quickly to changes in schedule, scope, or prioritiesWhat You BringYou’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
