Job DescriptionJob DescriptionELLAZ BRIDAL is seeking a talented Bridal Stylist to make our customers look and feel beautiful in our bridal gown selections. As a Bridal Stylist, you will consult with customers on their preferences, suggest bridal gown styles that complement their body shapes, and enhance the style of the gowns with accessories. Your duties will include arranging alterations when required.We are currently looking to hire a bridal consultant/stylist to join our team. Hours would range from 25-35 hours per week dependent on availability of the right candidate. Weekend availability is a must.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conducting bridal appointments with brides and identifying/fulfilling their bridal needsCreating a positive environment and experience for brides and guests in a comfortable, friendly retail environmentConducting everyday tasks within the salon including greeting customers, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and other administrative responsibilitiesMaintaining the appearance of the shopAssisting in salon events and marketingServing as a brand ambassadorProcessing daily store salesAchieving sales goalsAssisting in coordination of the shipping and receiving of merchandise in and out of the salonProviding great customer service and addressing/resolving any customer service issuesAny additional tasks assigned by manager, regional manager and/or ownerWork Experience:-Retail experience strongly preferred.-Bridal experience preferred.-Customer Service experience required.Weekend availability is required.www.ellazbridal.comJob Type: Part-timePay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Weekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)
