If you're ready to drive change and lead with impact, we want you on our team.More about the roleServe as the central liaison between the organization, OEM partners, and manufacturer representatives.Maintain access to all OEM portals to retrieve and analyze key district and comparative performance data.Develop and manage a centralized spreadsheet compiling all BPR (Business Performance Review) data, which may also serve as a data source for DOMO.Design and implement a performance tracking tool to measure and project store performance, identify risks of missing OEM bonus targets, and provide early-warning insights.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and General Managers to review previous BPR action plans and coordinate future BPR initiatives.Ensure KPI and BPR requirements are captured within DOMO to streamline preparation for future reviews.Lead and organize H-Street meetings, including developing agendas, facilitating discussions, and narrating key updates.Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring seamless integration with DOMO and alignment with key performance indicators.What we look forA proactive and eager learner seeking to rapidly expand their operational and analytical expertise-an excellent growth path for a promising future leader.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and presentation skills are advantageous.Prior experience in operations or sales is a plus.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred but not required.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance optionsShort-term and Long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and growthOurisman Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
