Together we are EXP.What a day at EXP has in store for youThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout making and checking engineering computations inspecting construction work and conducting field tests and is responsible for coordinating and managing the lower-level inspectors.Able to read and to interpret complex plans specifications and shop drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a heavy emphasis on Excel Word FDOT Sites.What your experience looks likeHigh School Diploma or EquivalentA minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction inspection two (2) years of which shall have been in bridge construction inspectionAble to read and to interpret complex plans specifications and shop drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a heavy emphasis on Excel Word FDOT Sites.Applicant must have a valid drivers license and clear motor vehicle reportAble to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work a shift schedule and/or flexible schedule as required to support the workload.Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment.CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level 1CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 2 (Bridges)Proficient with SmartPile technologyPile Driving Key Skills Construction Inspection,Microsoft Office,Microstation,Construction Experience,Financial Report Writing,Mathcad,CAD,Adobe Bridge,Project Engineering,Autocad,Geometry,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
