Brokerage Operations Manager

Schneider is seeking a Brokerage Operations Manager in Green Bay, WI to provide leadership to a team of logistics brokers. The Brokerage Operations Manager will focus on developing their associates' selling skills while delivering key business results. Responsibilities include setting metrics and goals for logistics brokers to meet and achieve, helping logistics brokers grow their book of business, participating in joint sales calls to assist in closing or growing business, improving the team's performance by focusing on continuous development, identifying opportunities for automation to improve productivity, and providing training to the team on new policies, procedures, and processes.

Skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, excellent leadership skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
