This will in part be accomplished by:Focusing on areas and factors where 7G Distributing must improve in order to win long-term sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed tactical executionEnsuring best-in-market DSD service to all accounts through best-in-class execution and maintaining superior partner relationships with retailers and SuppliersServe as a role model for 7G Distributing by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers. Lead by example to promote teamwork cooperation and enhanced moraleOperate with candor integrity and professionalism is all 7G Distributing interfaces.Essential Job Functions:Merchandise and rotate the complete product line in all assigned accounts per 7G guidelinesImprove sales of all 7G products by building displays and placing POS materials according to 7G supplier and retailer guidelinesUtilize POS effectively by gaining the #1 position and matching available POS with account typeProvide Bulk delivery assistance as requiredMaintain a Fresh look to POS ensuring all POS is current and cleanComplete daily merchandising worksheets examining and disclosing all out-of-stocks shelf-outs and time spent merchandising accountsDemonstrate initiative in gaining placement displays and reduced prices on promoted brands/packagesAdhere to all Iowa ABD regulationsWork as a team with Sales and Delivery personnelAttend and participate in sales meeting as required by managementAll other duties as assigned by Market Support Manager.Qualifications Qualifications:Valid Drivers LicenseReliable VehicleMeets insurability requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and up to 165 pounds periodicallyAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time.
