Building Care Specialist at West Networks LLC

Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Building Care Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization across multiple properties: one primary residential home and four additional buildings (three commercial and one residential). This role ensures all properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Residential Home Maintenance (Daily):Perform laundry and dishwashing tasks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and laundry area.Other Properties (10:00 AM 5:00 PM):Rotate cleaning and maintenance duties across four buildings according to the weekly schedule:Weekly Rotation:Monday: Deep clean Big Office Building touch-up Retail Location 1Tuesday: Deep clean Logistics Building touch-up Retail Location 2Wednesday: Deep clean Retail Location 1 check Big Office BuildingThursday: Deep clean Retail Location 2 check Logistics BuildingFriday: Deep clean Residential Property check all dispensers and trash across all buildingsGeneral Duties:Ensure each building receives a thorough cleaning weekly and a touch-up twice per week.Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.Schedule:MondayFriday:8:00 AM 10:00 AM: Residential laundry and dishes10:00 AM 5:00 PM: Cleaning rotation across other propertiesQualifications:Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferredAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessClean Background and Clean Driving RecordBenefits:Company car (must maintain a good driving history)Paid time off: 2 weeks annuallyPaid company phoneCompetitive salaryCollaborative team environmentOur Culture:No middle managers you own your work and take pride in results.Fun businesses we operate in health ice cream and IT so every day is unique.Personal growth focus we invest in your development and encourage learning.Empowered team work with people who value independence and accountability.
