Maintains the outside lot and helps portray a positive image at the dealership.Responsibilities:Sweeps vacuums mops scrubs waxes and polished floors using proper equipmentFollows assigned cleaning scheduleWith the use of ladders dusts and washes wallsCleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures as neededEmpties trash cans for all areas of the facilityWashes and replaces blindsCleans and maintains restrooms & suppliesMoves cabinets boxes furniture crates and equipment to clean areasMay remove stains from surfaces such as rugs drapes walls and floors using proper chemicals and cleaners.May sweep walks rake leaves cut grass and remove snow during the appropriate seasonsArranges equipment on the lotMaintains the lot for seasonal conditions such as mowing the lawn and snow removalAssists in the parts sales and service areas as neededWhen applicable plugs in equipment for internal transfer & customer pick-upLoad equipment for internal transfersCharged with facility repairs; coordinates maintenance calls when requiredWhen primary responsibilities are completed acts as secondary wash bay tech and during heavy workloadsOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Ability to work in a team environmentMust be able to handle heightsAbility to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.Basic data entry and keyboarding skills preferredHigh School diploma or GED equivalent preferredMust have a valid drivers license Key Skills Construction Experience,Facilities Management,HVAC,Automotive Diagnostics,Construction Management,Maintenance,Quality Management,Geometry,Property Management,Supervising Experience,Commercial Cleaning,Google Suite Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
