OverviewThe St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity forBusiness Administration Manager!ABOUT THE ROLEThe Business Administration Manager leads the business management function for several Support Services Departments including Contact Center Replacement Services Customer Excellence and other administrative departments. This position works very closely with Support Services Department Officers accounting teams and the AVP of Business Administration to ensure accounting business practices internal controls and other administrative functions areoperatingeffectively and efficiently to support the businessobjectives.ABOUT THE JOBThis full time position will be in personbased out of our offices in Weldon Springs Maryland Heights and Corporate Campus (Clayton) locationswith the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after 90 days. This role has a schedule of Monday-Friday with a start time ranging from 7:00am-8:00am CST. Compensation decisions will be made based on factors that include but are not limited to experience education location and skill level.We offer a robustBenefits Packageincluding but not limited to:Paid Time OffHealth Dental Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverage (employees scheduled for 30 hours)Employee discounts on car rentals car purchases and much more!401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharingEducational Assistance (full time - 40 hours onlyABOUT THE TEAMEnterprise Mobilitys Support Services teamsare responsible forGlobal Call Center Operations Replacement Rental Services Support Information Management Customer Service Metric Programs North American Roadside Assistance Sales Support Small Business Programs and Technical Support team consists of over 4000 customer service professionals supportstaffand management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70 million customer contacts handled annually.ResponsibilitiesManage forecasting and monitor results for assigned Support Services teamsProvide support and recommendations on Group financial performance to the Senior Vice President/General Manager and AVP Business AdministrationEnsure compliance with policies procedures and Federal/State/local lawsPropose ideas to the Group on business opportunities and risks as they relate to the financial performance of the GroupProvide input in the formulations of Group policies and procedures coordinating their implementation and evaluating complianceProperly safeguard company assets/financial informationAssess department business risks and implement controls to minimize impact by balancing the benefits and costs of the respective controlsMonitor and provide guidance in regard to compensation adjustments performance reviews various procedures and directing individuals to Human Resources when appropriateProvide guidance on Business Practices by ensuring policies procedures and founding values are understood and followedCoordinate with appropriate individuals to plan work/storage space ensure computers and office equipment are functioning appropriately and other work environment needs are addressedDevelop key relationships within Enterprise Mobility outside partners and other professionals to enable successful identification development and implementation of strategic solutionsQualificationsMust live (or be willing to live) in the state of Missouri and in the St. Louis or surrounding areaBachelors degree or higher in AccountingorFinanceProfessional certification (e.g. CPA or CMA) preferred5 years of Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis experience2 years of Management Supervisor or Lead experience preferredMustbe authorized towork in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust be at least 18 years of ageRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Office Manager Experience,Microsoft Office,Management Experience,QuickBooks,Accounting,Business Management,Microsoft Powerpoint,Microsoft Excel,Operations Management,Administrative Experience,Leadership Experience,Bookkeeping Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
