(U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED).What youll do:Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories use cases process flows and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecyclesConduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps workflows and standard operating procedures; etc.Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users project managers developers and other key stakeholders etc.Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirementsConduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-makingWhat youll need to succeed:Minimum 7 years of experienceBachelors Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degreeActive TS/SCI Poly clearanceProven experience gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process observation.Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories use cases process flows and system requirements with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.Proficiency in developing process maps workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Demonstrated success in stakeholder management including collaboration with business users project managers developers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements including participation in system testing and validation activities.Proficiency in data analysis including creating reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78000 to $250000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
