Job Title: Business Analyst (CPT/OPT Accepted) Client: Crestwood Global Solutions** Location: Remote (United States) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Visa: CPT OPT Experience: 0 1 Year Job Summary: We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to support requirement gathering documentation data analysis and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs document workflows and support the implementation of business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather analyze and document business requirements user stories and workflows. Prepare BRDs FRDs Use Cases and process documentation. Perform data analysis using Excel or SQL to support business decisions. Assist in identifying gaps risks and improvement opportunities in existing processes. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)-test cases defect tracking validation. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT operations finance and project teams. Create reports dashboards and presentations to support management. Support Agile ceremonies - standups sprint planning and backlog grooming. Maintain documentation status reports and project updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Information Systems MBA Computer Science or related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Data Analysis). Basic knowledge of SQL (queries joins). Understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar platforms (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (Visualization). Familiarity with process mapping workflow design BPM tools. Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms like SAP Salesforce Oracle. Academic or project work related to business analysis or data analytics.
