***Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Required***Red Arch Solutions is a proven and effective small business integrator and consultant recognized as a leading provider of IT development to the Federal Government and primarily focused within the Intelligence Community.As aBusiness Analyst youllsupport a particular agile workstream team (either Integration or UI) to help gather requirements ensure delivery meets required needs and ensures work will be accepted without any major issuesWhat youll do:Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories use cases process flows and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecyclesConduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps workflows and standard operating procedures; etc.Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users project managers developers and other key stakeholders etc.Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirementsConduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-makingWhat youll need to succeed:Minimum 7 years of experienceBachelors Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degreeHold an active government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearanceProven experience gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process observation.Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories use cases process flows and system requirements with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.Proficiency in developing process maps workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Demonstrated success in stakeholder management including collaboration with business users project managers developers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements including participation in system testing and validation activities.Proficiency in data analysis including creating reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.#CJThe Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
