Job Title Business Analyst Overview / Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and implementation. The role involves translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, supporting testing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions. Create BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support testing activities, including UAT and validation. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of business objectives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. Required Qualifications Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions. Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases. Experience collaborating with development, QA, and project management teams. Ability to perform gap analysis and support process improvement initiatives.
