Works largely independently against defined objectives. Able to contribute effectively to technical discussions and team problemsolving. Focused on improving solution quality and ensuring subsystemlevel success. Responsibilities: Translate business needs into detailed actionable requirements Lead processoriented IT and service improvement initiatives Implement workflow solutions and manage related monitoring projects Maintain workflows through continuous improvement cycles Collaborate with service and process managers to achieve business outcomes Serve as a liaison across crossfunctional teams to implement process and system enhancements Required Skills & Experience: Four (4) seven (7) years of work experience. Strong background in business analysis and systems thinking. Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders across diverse business functions. Proven ability to lead service improvement initiatives. Effective communication documentation and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks. Required Education: Bachelors degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
