Position: Business Analyst II Location: San Francisco CA Duration: 3 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.. Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities: Manage product backlog customer tickets build dashboards. Optimizing and building workflows on Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results Help set up a wiki platform Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in Business analysis and making/optimizing workflow. Would rather have someone who is newer to the field and able to take advice and bring ideas to the team. Someone with start up experience preferred rather than big tech experience. Does not want someone with high years of experience. Good problem-solving skills strong communicator understand how to get to root of the issue communicate solutions effectively. PM background what are basics of Project management and how to complete from start to finish.
