We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to Charleston facilities management and associated teams. This will also include support for 14 field locations in five states.What Youll Do Responsible for various office and location support activities Identifies enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities office and business support serviceCoordinates outside contractors and in-house services performing a wide range of tasks related to maintenance and upkeep of buildings grounds office space office equipment etc. May handle shipping and receiving in the office May coordinate rearrangement of floor plans and office moves including desks computers and other office equipment and furnitureWork will include general duties such as budget analysis assignment of project costs working with our Finance team to create purchase orders invoice approval and coding management of facility employee databases and floor plan mapping updatesAssist Project Management team with opening and closing of projectsAnalysis will include extensive use of SAP and will require experience in development spreadsheet documents to support findingsUse SAP to create track and monitor purchase orders invoices project budgets and costs and employee status and location informationMeeting room bookings timesheet/expense entry facilities systems support database updates for staff changes manage team correspondence and other administrative dutiesWorks with employees contractors and vendors to provide security financial and payment dataSupports departmental web site maintenance and Service now request applicationsManages work through exercising judgment in approach on more complex and confidential workMinimum QualificationsA minimum of a High School diploma Minimum of 2 years of related experiencePreferred Qualifications High degree of initiative and ability to plan prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervisionFlexibility to deal with changing situations and deadlinesAbility to identify and communicate opportunities to improve existing processesAttention to detail and coordination of competing prioritiesAdvanced computer skills including solid working knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint as well as SAPBased in Charleston this role supports our natural gas pipelines business in the US.About our businessWe are a leader in North American energy infrastructure spanning Canada the U.S. and Mexico.
