To analyze business needs for efficient and cost-effective software systems and/or business processes and to facilitate the design testing implementation & support of systems in accordance with company methodology. The role within the Performance Measurement Squad is focused on aggregating fund benchmark and composite performance data from a variety of business critical sources to provide an accurate picture of performance across multiple time periods and multiple currencies.Responsibilities of the Role:Capturing and analyzing information on existing business processes & technology architecture in order to make recommendations that seek to improve these practicesProviding business analysis during all phases of a projectRun small to medium sized projects and take a lead role when needed on small projects or specific elements of larger projectsAnalyzing and documenting requirements for improvements to systems and / or business processesReviewing requirements and designs with relevant partners to acquire approval of proposalsCoordinating or assisting in user testing ensuring issues are resolved in a pragmatic and appropriate mannerAssisting in the design and implementation of ongoing support arrangements for delivered systemsWorking as part of a project team reporting progress and raising issues to project management in a timely manner to ensure successfulCreating cost and time estimates along with project plans to enable prioritization and execution to completionInvestigating third party vendors or systems as neededRequirements for the Role:Proven years validated experience developing the skills required for the business analyst roleDemonstrated ability implementing Snowflake Eagle PACE Performance or equivalent product preferredAbility to demonstrate knowledge and use of structured business analysis techniques including; carrying out business process reviews and/ or production of business requirementsPracticed skill analyzing business or technical problems and proposing and implementing solutionsExperience creating detailed test plans and executing test casesAdvanced user of Microsoft Office Suite of products including Project and OfficeSolid ability and experience using SQL for analyzing data (SnowSQL PL/SQL Developer)Exposure to PythonBroad knowledge of systems and business processes in use for the relevant business areas including Institutional & Retail based performanceFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invescos Workplace Policy employees are expected to comply with the firms most current workplace model which as of October 1 2025 includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
