Some opportunities may not be exclusive and can change as we work with clients—but our goal is always to help candidates find the right job.We are currently working on an exciting opportunity in Richmond, VA for one of our clients seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance.Responsibilities:Lead UAT and regression testing for new features and releases.Build and maintain test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria.Execute tests across web, app, and API; document results and defects.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and confirm readiness.Continuously improve testing processes for coverage and efficiency.Qualifications:2–4 years in BA, QA, or related roles within a tech environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Jira (tickets, stories, defects)Confluence (process + test documentation)Postman / Swagger (API testing)Excel / MSFT Products (test tracking, analysis)Basic SQL or BI tools a plus for impact analysisDesired Qualifications: Comfort mapping workflows and thinking in edge cases.Practical experience working directly with PMs and engineers.Strong written communication — you make messy things clear.A habit of using data to validate outcomes, not just opinions.Bonus: experience in fintech/wealthtech or regulated workflows.
