Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What Youll DoOrganize data and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization for our performanceDesign and implement reporting solutions to allow stakeholders to manage the business and make decisionsTake ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepanciesBuild and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure control and benchmark reporting processesMonitor existent metrics building new metrics and partner with other teams to identify process and system improvement opportunitiesSupport teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementationWhat Youll BringBachelors degree in finance operations engineering analytics or related field1-3 years as a Business Analyst Data Analyst Engineer or related occupation1-3 years writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using TableauExperience defining requirements and using metrics to draw business insightsExperience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or other BI packagesExperience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersExperience building and maintaining automated forecasting models using regression or statistical methodologiesUnderstanding of data warehousing and data modeling#LI-LC4Our Total Rewards package includes benefits youll love such as competitive compensation paid time off an employee assistance program parental leave paid volunteer hours and amazing company discounts!
