Job Description
DCY is seeking a team-oriented professional to provide technical assistance and support for process automation projects such as OCLQS TAP OB and OPR.Key Responsibilities:Assist IT teams with scope requirements and design documentation (e.g. BRDs).Review design documents and develop test cases; conduct system testing to ensure expected outcomes.Support data conversion and implementation of new/enhanced systems.Interpret federal and state statutes to ensure compliance in system design.Develop user manuals procedures and training materials.Provide help desk support and respond to system user inquiries.Prepare defect reports update reference tables and manage security profiles.Offer technical assistance to IT staff contractors and child-serving programs.Participate in troubleshooting corrective action planning and system enhancements.Conduct training workshops and seminars on new or modified procedures.Additional Duties:Stay current on program policy changes and ensure systems align with requirements.Compile reports maintain logs/records and participate in project team assignments.Attend meetings conferences and trainings as needed.Please note there are 3 vacancies open for this requisition.Pay Information:Unless required by legislation or union contract starting salary will be step 1 of the salary range associated with this position. New hires advance to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Based on collective bargaining and legislative activity there may be cost of living increases awarded annually. Additional longevity supplements begin after 5 years. Employees may begin as early as 7:00am & as late as 9:00am based on supervisory approval.
