Business Analyst at TEKsystems

*Description**Partner with and provide front office leadership to infrastructure groups involved in initiatives sponsored by PSG*Subject matter expertise in Securities Lending, Collateral & Inventory Management and a strong working knowledge of Cash Prime Brokerage (multiple asset classes) and Synthetic Prime Brokerage*Solid understanding of Capital Markets, Broker/Dealer Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology and how these infrastructure components are important to PSG*Apply experience and best practices to solve problems and deliver solutions in support of the near and long term objectives of the Securities Lending business within PSG*Deliver business functional architecture, identify integration points with infrastructure groups and systems and define requirements for key components of the Securities Lending platform*Document business requirements prioritize and manage deliverables*Communicate business objectives to stakeholders, vendors and infrastructure groups*Lead cross-functional teams to deliver specific work packages and coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing to insure deliverable meet business expectations*Skills*securities brokerage, securities, trading, stock loan, loanet, globalone, global one, FIS GlobalOne, FIS Global One, Broadridge BPS*Additional Skills & Qualifications*4+ years of experience in Stock Loan Trading / Equity Finance (preferably former traders who transitioned into project or product development roles).Progressive industry experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise in Securities Lending trading, middle and back-office processes, and Capital Markets.Experience in major projects within stock loan or equity finance.*Experience Level*Expert Level*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $95.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
