Job Summary: The Business Analyst will work on-site in the Medicaid department gathering requirements analyzing data and documenting processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes and ensure alignment with project goals. This is a contract position with potential for renewal. Location:Montgomery Alabama United StatesnWashington District of Columbia United States Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Document business processes and workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. - Support project teams in the implementation of solutions. Required Skills & Certifications: - Bachelors Degree - Experience as a Business Analyst - Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Experience in Medicaid Special Considerations: - Must work 100% on-site in Montgomery AL. No remote work is allowed. - Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen. - No expense reimbursements will be approved. - Candidates previously rejected from BA positions in Medicaid under specific IDs should not be submitted. - Submittals must include a resume rate to rate and cover letter. Scheduling: - 40 hours per week. - Monday to Friday standard business hours.
