You will learn and understand our clients goals collaborate closely across teams and contribute to initiatives that improve both customer and employee experiences.WHAT YOULL DOCollaborate with clients and internal teams to define and deliver product goals requirements and success metrics.Translate business needs and customer insights into clear user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog items.Support product strategy and roadmap development by gathering data conducting analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.Partner with designers developers and stakeholders to ensure product solutions align with business and user needs.Facilitate workshops working sessions and demos to drive clarity and alignment across teams.Contribute to the creation of project documentationsuch as journey maps process flows and release plans.Analyze market or competitive trends to inform decision-making and product direction.Prepare presentations and reports that communicate progress insights and recommendations.WHAT YOULL BRING25 years of experience in business analysis product management or product ownershiproles.Experience gathering requirements to build a digital solution (website mobile application etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect insights to action.Excellent communication and storytelling abilitiesboth written and verbal.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital solutions.Curiosity about customer experience digital products and how technology drives business outcomes.A proactive self-starting mindset and comfort working in fast-paced evolving environments.Experience in consulting or client-facing project work is a bonusExposure to journey mapping roadmapping or CX design tools is a bonus.At Experient Group we value community collaboration and people who are willingto roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
