We work together each day to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all our employees feel respected valued and have an opportunity to contribute to the companys success.As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNCs Retail Finance organization you will be based in Cleveland.Key Responsibilities:Utilize SQL SAS or other coding languages to extract data for monthly reporting business cases ad hoc analyses and data research support.Modify existing code and develop original processes to meet evolving data needs.Present data effectively using Tableau Excel and SQL ensuring optimal performance with large datasets.Collaborate with other data analysts and modelers in Finance and other departments educating peers and making recommendations for data field inclusions.Create dynamic financial modeling for business cases.Look to streamline processes and improve scalability while implementing adequate controls and validation measures.Job Requirements:Proficient financial analytical skills like accounting excel financial modeling and data analysis.Proficiency in SQL SAS or similar coding languages.Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel.Problem-solving skills to break down complex coding issues and gaps.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Communication skills to explain ideas or work methods clearly ask and answer questions productively.Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionLeverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts efficiencies confidence intervals and other statistical metrics.Analyzing and processing data building and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic data-driven solutions.Providing business clients with detailed actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis.Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNCs Enterprise Risk Management Framework.QualificationsSuccessful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge skills and abilities for a role.
