A rapidly growing organization is seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee and enhance its core business platforms. This role ensures systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and teams across operations, finance, supply chain, and customer channels have the reporting and visibility they need.What Youll DoAct as the main point of contact for system questions, operational issues, and enhancement requestsSupport and administer key business platforms including the ERP, BI reporting tools, ecommerce systems, integrations, and internal communication toolsConfigure and optimize workflows, permissions, roles, automations, and user setup within the ERPBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models used across multiple departmentsMonitor data quality across systems and ensure clean, consistent reportingTroubleshoot integration issues, data movement challenges, and reporting inconsistenciesWork closely with external consultants, integration specialists, and technical partnersDocument processes, SOPs, and systems configurations for internal useLead systems-focused initiatives such as new modules, automations, integrations, and feature rolloutsWhat Were Looking For5 years of experience administering an ERP platform (NetSuite experience a plus but not required to apply)3 years working with BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred)Experience working with data warehouse or cloud-based data environmentsBackground in product-based, retail, or supply-chain-driven organizations is highly beneficialHands-on experience with integrations (API, middleware, ETL, etc.)Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as order management, procurement, and inventory workflows
