You will be the Business Development Analyst Principal for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Line of Business. Our team is responsible for advancing THAAD program solutions, Talon interceptor development, and integration with the Army's Integrated Battle Command System.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Business Development Analyst Principal you will be responsible for shaping and delivering premier technical and business solutions for the THAAD program and related initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead cross-functional efforts to translate customer needs into technical and business solutions for THAAD and Talon.
• Develop and execute capture plans, business opportunities, and validation activities.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Technology teams to integrate THAAD with IBCS and other defense architectures.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across MDA, Army, PAE Fires, Joint Staff, and Combatant Commands.
• Guide internal support for urgent operational requirements and capability enhancements.
