We are committed to supporting families strengthening community partnerships and delivering exceptional service.Were seeking a dynamic relationship-driven Business Development Specialist who can also support occasional administrative and client-focused office duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people developing referral relationships and helping keep operations organized.Position OverviewThis role combines community outreach and marketing with light administrative and client coordination duties. It also includes limited weekend on-call phone coverage (12 weekends per month).This is not a caregiver position.Key Responsibilities:Business Development (Primary Function)Represent Griswold Home Care throughout our service area.Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners (senior centers hospitals rehabs social workers assisted living communities etc.).Attend networking events community fairs and outreach programs.Complete weekly marketing routes and maintain accurate activity logs.Identify new referral opportunities and nurture existing ones.Track marketing activities and outcomes in our CRM/operations system.Client Specialist / Administrative Support (Occasional Secondary Function)Assist with incoming client inquiries intakes and follow-up calls.Support care coordination tasks and document communication with clients and caregivers.Conduct phone screenings and interviews for caregiver applicants.Maintain accurate notes and data entry in our scheduling and operations platforms.Provide general office support as part of the internal team.Additional ExpectationsParticipate in weekend on-call rotation (12 weekends per month; usually low volume incoming communications).Represent the Griswold brand with professionalism compassion and integrity.What We Offer$25/hour base wageProduction bonusesPaid holidays401(k) retirement planMileage reimbursement for field marketingSupportive mission-driven team cultureOpportunities for professional growthMeaningful work serving local seniors and familiesWhat Were Looking ForStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsOutgoing confident communicatorOrganized detail-oriented and dependableComfortable working both in the field and the officeBackground in marketing outreach customer service or healthcare preferredAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency (email CRM scheduling platforms)Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportationScheduleUp to 40 hours/weekPrimarily MondayFridayWeekend phone coverage 12 times per monthApply TodayIf you enjoy connecting with people supporting families and making a meaningful impact in your community wed love to meet you.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Presentation Skills,Time Management,Marketing,Cold Calling,Microsoft Powerpoint,Salesforce,Organization Design,Public Speaking,Lead Generation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
