Respond to inquiries address concerns and provide information about products or services. Build rapport with customers to foster a positive experience. Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure they are satisfied and to move them towards a sale or service appointment.The required skills are strong communication customer service ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
