Business Development Director İstanbul, İstanbul at OPLOG Inc.
Job Description
OPLOG is the tech engine behind seamless e commerce fulfillment for top brands across Türkiye, Europe, and the US. By fusing in house software with robotics and automation, we erase the line between the physical and digital worlds-delivering post purchase experiences that turn customers into fans and giving our clients an unfair competitive edge.
We're building a world class robotic fulfillment ecosystem, and we're looking for curious minds to shape the future with us.
What You'll Do- Drive enterprise revenue growth by building and leveraging strategic relationships to access decision makers at Turkey's top enterprise accounts
- Own the complete sales cycle-from first executive conversation to signed contract-for high-value, complex enterprise deals
- Position OPLOG as a strategic transformation partner through consultative selling, not transactional pitching
- Orchestrate world class customer experiences including executive meetings, technology demonstrations, and facility tours that showcase our competitive advantage
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline systematically through multi channel engagement (personal network, power brokers, ABM campaigns, industry events)
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, lengthy negotiations, and detailed operational analysis
- Use data and technology (CRM, AI powered pricing tools) to accelerate deal velocity and maintain pipeline discipline
- Provide market intelligence on competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to inform company strategy
- A proven enterprise sales professional with 13+ years closing high value, complex B2B deals at C level
- Exceptionally well connected in Turkish enterprise market with immediate access to decision makers through your network
- Comfortable operating as a high impact individual contributor who takes full ownership and drives results independently
- Experienced in consultative, solution based selling-you understand how to position strategic value, not just features and pricing
- Knowledgeable about logistics, supply chain, e commerce, or technology industries with credibility to engage operational leaders
- Skilled at building authentic, long term relationships with executives based on trust and mutual value creation
- A fast executor who thrives in ambiguity, moves deals forward aggressively, and maintains disciplined pipeline management
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor appropriate for engaging with C level stakeholders and enterprise customers
- Energized by building something new-you want to establish enterprise sales capability from the ground up, not maintain existing systems
- Paid vacation in your first year - no waiting period
- Birthday day off - celebrate you
- Flexible hours & open kitchen - fuel creativity on your schedule
- Private health insurance - from day one
- Shuttle service or monthly gas card - your commute, covered
- Meal card - lunches on us
- Learning budget - for courses, books, and conferences
- Unlimited fun at the office - anytime
- Mac or PC - your choice of tools
- English courses - grow your communication skills globally
