Job Description

About Teton
Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care - using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

With strong demand and a clear product-market fit, this role represents our fourth strategic sales hire in the U.S., focused on scaling our presence across the West Coast. It's a rare opportunity to drive market expansion and define how we win in one of our highest-potential regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow Teton's footprint across Senior Living Operators.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and industry event attendance to managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through to close.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and CRM updates, with a consistent focus on exceeding target.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape Teton's commercial approach in the US.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-10 years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment. Or a strong track record and deep network in the senior care industry, and the ability to leverage it from the vendor side!

  • Consistent track record of exceeding million-dollar new business quotas, with experience closing high six-figure ACV deals and managing long sales cycles.

  • A hunter mindset paired with strong consultative selling skills, able to generate pipeline and engage senior stakeholders in complex transactions.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Must have a valid drivers license.

  • Candidates should be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or within commuting distance, with openness to a hybrid office setup.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary and participation in our warrant program.

  • Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

  • A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

  • 401(k) plan, paid time off, health insurance.

  • A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

What It's Like Working at Teton

We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged - it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning.

We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to truly make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job - jump on board
