This role is less about traditional "hard sales" and more about strategic relationship building and market visibility. The right person will act as a brand ambassador for the company, helping ensure that when owners, property managers, general contractors, and developers think about roofing - our name is top of mind. High-growth roofing company with significant market momentum Opportunity to shape the brand and market presence of the business Highly visible role interacting with owners, developers, and GC leadership Competitive base salary + performance incentives Strong long-term growth potential as the company continues to expand Job Details Key Responsibilities: Act as a brand ambassador representing the company within the commercial construction and real estate community Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, developers, and building owners Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings Identify and develop new opportunities for roofing projects, service agreements, and partnerships Work closely with company leadership to position the business with key strategic clients Maintain visibility within industry groups such as BOMA, IFMA, NAIOP, and local construction associations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong follow-up and relationship management Help drive marketing initiatives that elevate the company's reputation and presence in the marketplace Track relationship activity and opportunities within CRM tools What We're Looking For: Experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship roles within construction, roofing, or commercial real estate Natural networker and relationship builder Comfortable attending industry events and representing the company publicly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership Highly organized and proactive in managing relationships Ability to identify and unlock new business opportunities Interested in hearing more?
