Position Overview:As the Dell ISG Business Development Manager at Zones you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth increasing profit margins and enhancing partner maturity. You will leverage your deep understanding of Dell ISG and the data center solutions landscape to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.This role will be a key contributor in executing the sales GTM strategy for Dell ISG and their full ecosystem of products solutions and services. This role requires the aptitude and communication discipline to develop relationships and collaborate with organizational leaders across the company building a foundation for collaboration and leveraging partner initiatives to contribute to our revenue expansion. This will also require skills in leading and developing others outside of the direct organization towards the growth of Zones Dell ISG Revenue Margin and Customer base.What youll do as the Business Development Manager Dell ISG:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This role requires up to 20% travelDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on Dell ISG products and servicesCultivate strong relationships with Dell ISG counterparts to enhance co-sell engagementIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue and marginsWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective campaigns and promotionsProvide expert knowledge of Dell ISG products and licensing to customers and internal teamsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metricsQuarterly business reviewsExecution and oversight of incentive programsProvide weekly executive updates/reporting to Sr. Management on progress/sales performance/KPIsAdvance and maintain levels of expertise in Dell ISG solutions by attending training seminars and trade shows to support and service the sales organization and end-user customersIncrease OEM seller contacts while influencing leads and contacts through consistent communicationDrive meaningful engagements through field appointments and customer visits to increase customer countsWhat you bring to the team:BA/BS degree in business administration information technology marketing or related fieldor4 years of relevant experienceProven experience as a Business Development Manager in the technology sector preferably with a focus on Dell ISG or competing data center solutionsStrong understanding of data center solutions and the Dell ISG reseller ecosystemExcellent communication negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partnersStrategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and achieving sales targetsDemonstrated ability to work independently and be accountable for all deliverablesWhat youll be measured on:Sales Revenue GrowthGross Margin GrowthServices Attach RateNumber of Account Managers sellingDell ISGNumber of customers buyingDell ISGNumber of deals registeredQualified candidates can expect a salary range of $90000-$110000#LI-Remote#LI-JL1Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits package While were committed to providing top-tier solutions were just as committed to supporting our own team.
