We are partnering with a world-leading global law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager who will lead and support marketing and business development initiatives for the US Disputes practice. The Business Development Manager will serve as a key go-to marketing resource and play a pivotal role in advancing the growth strategy for the Disputes practice and the Washington DC office.Key Responsibilities:Profile Visibility: Raise the profile of the Disputes practice by executing strategic marketing campaigns supporting global business development initiatives and collaborating with attorneys to strengthen client relationships drive revenue growth and execute marketing plans.Proposal Pitch and Event Management: Develop tailored and compelling pitches proposals and RFP responses to secure new business opportunities while maintaining practice and industry credentials. Collaborate with the Events team to deliver client events sponsorships and seminars that support firmwide goals while contributing to thought leadership and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and increase market reach.Client Development: Work closely with attorneys to advance client-focused initiatives. Promote cross-team collaboration identify cross-selling opportunities and drive integration across practice areas to strengthen client relationships and accelerate market growth.Market Strategy and Insight: Conduct market research and analyze trends and competitive intelligence to deliver insights that influence strategy and identify opportunities for expansion.
