Business Development Manager (FT) - HOAMCO (Scottsdale AZThis is an in-office position based out of our Scottsdale office. The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new management contracts for HOAMCO. This role manages all new client intake prepares proposals negotiates contracts and partners with Corporate and Marketing to support company-wide growth.Travel is required.HOAMCO CULTURE:At HOAMCO we are passionate about fostering a collaborative inclusive and professional environment. Occasional evening commitments based on prospect or board requirements.Travel required for presentations site visits conferences and industry events.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years of HOA management or HOA industry experience is required.Sales or business development experience required.Strong understanding of community management operations board governance contract structures and industry terminology.Proven ability to manage proposals contracts and multiple concurrent prospects. Community managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present professionally to boards and committees.Ability to collaborate effectively with Corporate Regional Directors Accounting and Operations. Community managementStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Community managementProficiency in CRM systems proposal software and Microsoft Office.JOB DUTIES:Manage all incoming leads and new client inquiries for associations under 800 doors.Conduct intake calls gather community information and schedule site visits.Prepare write and deliver proposals in coordination with Corporate Regional Directors and Operations teams.Lead contract discussions and negotiate terms.Coordinate fee structures and fee increases with Stacy Maule and Corporate.Work with Marketing to obtain materials presentations and branded collateral.Represent HOAMCO at meetings presentations events and industry functions.Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline updates and reporting as requested.All HOAMCO Employees Possess:Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling interruptions as part of the routine.Strong team player willing to help out and assist others when needed.Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.Strong sense of and high standard for customer service.An enthusiastic professional and positive demeanor.Integrity and credibility.Why Join HOAMCOSince 1991 HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) has been a leader in community association management currently managing over 600 communities across six statesand were still growing!
