The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales business development and restoration with 2-10 years of relevant work experience. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth and increase market shareIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generationBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients partners and industry stakeholdersConduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutionsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clientsNegotiate and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clientsCollaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery of servicesStay up-to-date with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business development strategiesRepresent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our services and expand our networkDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunitiesSet and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities pipeline status and revenue forecastsContribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateralParticipate in strategic planning sessions and provide insights to inform company growth initiativesMentor and support junior team members in their business development effortsQualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field2-10 years of experience in business development sales or a related roleProven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunitiesStrong understanding of the restoration industry and its market dynamicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsAbility to travel as required (up to 30% of the time)Preferred:Masters degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProfessional certifications in sales or business developmentExperience with projectRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,Direct Sales,B2B Sales,Marketing,Sales Pipeline,Salesforce,Strategic Planning,Enterprise Sales,negotiation,Lead Generation,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
