The OpportunityFlywire is seeking a results-driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing B2B team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel activity to support our enterprise sales efforts focused on AR automation ERP-integrated solutions and cross-border payments.Responsibilities:Qualify inbound and outbound leads across targeted verticals (Insurance Franchising Associations)Conduct discovery calls and identify prospect pain points aligned with Flywires I2C platformCollaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and support enterprise motionsMaintain accurate lead and activity data in SalesforceStay up-to-date on industry trends ERP ecosystem developments and competitor moves Qualifications : What were looking for:12 years of SaaS or FinTech BDR/SDR experienceStrong communication research and objection-handling skillsFamiliarity with sales tools (Salesforce Gong LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Self-motivated adaptable and driven to learnLocal to Boston or in EST is highly preferred. Candidates in CST will also be considered. Our salary ranges are determined by role position level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
