We're passionate about supporting public safety through innovation, and we're looking for driven team members who want to make an impact.Job SummaryWe're seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our in-office team on a full-time basis. This role is focused on outbound prospecting and scheduling product demos for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate is energized by making high volumes of calls, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to booking at least 5 qualified demos per week.Key ResponsibilitiesMake a high volume of outbound calls (cold and warm leads) to public safety agencies and decision-makers - 200 Outbound dials per weekQualify leads and schedule demos for the sales teamMaintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM systemFollow up on inquiries and nurture early-stage prospectsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategiesMeet or exceed weekly demo booking goals - 5+ demos a weekWillingness to support regional sales events and conferences by helping with event prep, driving attendee engagement, and assisting with on-site needs as part of a team effort.RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles preferredComfortable making outbound calls and handling objectionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedReliable and able to work in-office Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Why Join LeadsOnline?Mission-Driven Impact Your work directly supports law enforcement agencies in solving crimes and serving communities.
