If youre passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative setting New Bridge Medical Center is looking for Business development Representative.Job DutiesBusiness Development Representative directly serves as the liaison between the hospital the community and referring agencies and is directly responsible for creating demand for the hospitals services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.Serve as the Medical Centers content expert to develop strategies and initiatives focusing on key internal and external outreach to increase volumeDevelop and retain community and B2B relationships to drive growth for strategic initiatives.Engage with physicians and surgeons for new business and growth.Lead strategies by defining and identifying complex community health needs and translating ideas into effective strategies to address the needs within the communityBuild data-driven business cases for strategic growth proposals.Other DutiesPerforms other related duties as required.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of business development and growth initiativeUse external and internal data sources to implement complex analysis to inform demand for servicesSource new sales opportunities through calls and visitsNetwork and build connections in the business communityPosition QualificationsMinimum of 5 years professional experience in healthcare with business development marketing or strategy focus preferred.Proven excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong business acumenHighly accomplished verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to respective audiences.Proven experience in the ability to effectively work within all levels of the organization.Possess strong people skills.Ability to foster solid working relationships - understand and operate within a complex organization.Experience in working both independently and in teams.Ability to structure projects with uncertain (or yet to be defined) outcomesAbility to create and strengthen B2B relations.Ability to create data-driven initiatives for proposals.EducationBachelors degree in Marketing Public Health Business Administration Communications Economics or related field preferred.Salary commensurate with experience within posted range$60000- $90000/ YearWe provide a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive medical dental and vision plans.
