The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building relationships with medical offices and educating facility staff on Complete Care's services. This role focuses on business-to-business sales outreach, in-person visits, and consistent follow-up to drive referral partnerships and increase brand awareness within assigned territories.

This is a highly visible, relationship-driven sales role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Development

  • Conduct in person visits to medical offices to introduce Complete Care's services.

  • Schedule and conduct educational in-service visits with physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff.

  • Educate office personnel on Complete Care's programs, referral process, and patient benefits.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Territory Management

  • Maintain an organized meeting schedule and territory plan.

  • Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and referral trends.

  • Identify new prospect offices and expansion opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor presence within assigned territory.

Education & Engagement
  • Deliver clear, professional presentations tailored to office needs.

  • Provide marketing materials and training resources to facility staff.

  • Address questions regarding services, processes, and patient coordination.

  • Reinforce value proposition consistently and professionally.

Reporting & Collaboration
  • Document all activities and outcomes in CRM.

  • Provide feedback on market trends and office needs.

  • Collaborate with internal operations and leadership to support partner offices.

  • Attend team meetings and strategy sessions as required.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, healthcare outreach, or related field preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable with fast paced account management / business to business sales.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.

  • Organized and self-motivated.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
