About the role:In this opportunity the Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in engaging with engineering leaders to foster meaningful conversations ultimately driving business growth and meeting monthly quotas for a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Collaboration with Account Executives the VP of Sales the Marketing team and the CEO will be integral to executing demand generation strategies utilizing channels such as phone email social media and other innovative marketing approaches to introduce the DuploCloud platform to potential clients.The BDR position serves as a strategic entry point for individuals aspiring to build a successful career in technology sales. Success in this role opens avenues for career acceleration offering pathways into roles such as Account Executive Customer Success or Demand Generation.You will be a strong fit for this role if you have experience Identifying potential customers through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and social media.Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.Evaluating leads to determine their potential as customers based on established criteria.Coordinating and arranging initial sales conversationsParticipating in relevant industry events as requiredUndertaking supplementary responsibilities as delegatedQualifications:Strong desire for career in tech sales1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing roleIn-depth knowledge of creative prospecting techniquesSelf starter and learner comfortable working in a startup environment and seamlessly shifting priorities based on new goals and learningsProven ability overcoming obstacles through hard work determination and creativity.Compensation Philosophy:At DuploCloud we recognize the value you bring and our commitment to your success is reflected in a competitive compensation package tailored to your experience location and skills.
