We are foundational to our go-to-market strategy reporting to the Sales Development Director and partnering closely with Account Executives. This teams impact is significant driving new business and directly contributing to the adoption of Gladly Customer AI.The OpportunityThis is a high-trajectory role for a proactive resilient builder ready to accelerate their career. Were looking for a future sales leader with the curiosity ownership and hunger to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. As a BDR youll act as a strategic ambassadoreducating B2C executives on how Gladlys Customer AI delivers service thats both radically efficient and radically personal. The ideal candidate brings proven BDR/SDR experience and a track record of consistently exceeding sales-qualified opportunity targets.What Youll DoDevelop territory & targeting strategyPartner closely with Account Executives to build and execute focused territory plans identify high-potential accounts and secure first meetings with the right B2C decision-makers.Do deep research on accounts & personasGo beyond surface-level data: research each companys business model CX strategy tech stack and key initiatives so your outreach is specific relevant and hard to ignore.Generate new opportunitiesCreate a steady stream of first meetings and pipeline through consistent high-activity prospecting and creative problem solving.Run multi-channel creative outreachEngage prospects through a thoughtful mix of phone email LinkedIn SMS and ad-hoc touches (video voice notes event-based outreach) tailored to each account and persona.Collaborate & feedback-loopShare voice-of-customer insights with Peers AEs and Marketing to improve messaging campaigns and our overall go-to-market approach.Continuously improveStay on top of AI CX and competitive trends in B2C to sharpen your point of view and bring fresh angles into your outreach.What Were Looking ForProven SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or high-velocity sales with strong outbound fundamentals.Ownership mentality you take responsibility move with urgency and follow through.Resilience and grit bouncing back quickly and staying solution-oriented.High curiosity digging deep into prospects their business and their pain points.Excellent written and verbal communication with strong emotional intelligence.Strong work ethic and time management knowing how to prioritize and execute.Adaptability and agility in fast-changing environments.Coachability and hunger to grow always looking to improve and elevate your craft.Research-driven mindset using insights to create relevant high-quality outreach.Salary for this role: $65000 base $35000 variable annually equity benefitsThe cash compensation above includes base salary and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles or annual bonus targets under Gladlys bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation all Gladlys employees are eligible to participate in Gladlys equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement.
