The right candidate will bring to this position: strong organizational skills, identifying and creating efficiencies, relationship building skills, operational knowledge, ability to comprehend and retain new information, ability to resolve problems in a high-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to generate and qualify leads to align with VP and BDM targeted accountsRapidly engage with prospects / clients to identify their requirements and potential business opportunitiesCreate list of potential buyers using tools provided to sales qualify leads and opportunitiesManage Incoming leads and close or align according to the value of the overall opportunityUsing consultative selling, articulate an executive vision of how Propio solutions can benefit potential customersDemonstrates commercial acumen and understanding of client’s business needs, identifying where Propio suite of services can offer valueChallenge the norm by contributing innovative ideas that improve processes and outcomesContinuously keep abreast of industry, market and competitor developments in order to grow and develop the business.Develop and maintain extensive product and industry knowledgeAchieve and exceed minimum agreed quotasOther duties may be reasonably requested from time to timeThis position is open to candidates based in the U.S., either onsite near our Overland Park headquarters or in another location working remotely. Requirements:Qualifications1-2 years of sales/business development experience required, preferably within a B2B environment1-2 years of experience in the translation and localization industry preferred but not essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profitViews this role as a steppingstone to career progression and developmentEffective time management and organization skillsProven track record of achieving goals
