This role ensures that our sales pipeline moves efficiently by engaging leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, supporting Account Executives, and creating a seamless experience for new and existing customers.You'll be the engine that powers our sales team by:Turning marketing leads into qualified sales opportunitiesKeeping our pipeline clean, organized, and moving forwardSupporting Account Executives so they can focus on closing dealsBuilding relationships with prospects from first contact through onboardingSuccess in this role means:Booking 15+ qualified meetings per month for Account ExecutivesMaintaining 95%+ data accuracy in SalesforceContributing to $500K+ in pipeline value quarterlyEarning consistent recognition from AEs for being their secret weaponThe BDR is the connective link between marketing, sales, and operations helping transform opportunities into long-term customer relationships.What You'll Do Every DayPipeline Generation & Qualification (50%)Engage inbound leads within 1 hour via phone, email, or textQualify prospect fit using our BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and pain pointsBook qualified demos and site visits for Account ExecutivesRe-engage dormant accounts and identify expansion opportunitiesSalesforce & Data Management (25%)Maintain accurate records for all leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunitiesLog all calls, emails, and meeting notes in Salesforce within 24 hoursUpdate lead statuses and pipeline stages in real-timeGenerate weekly reports on lead flow, conversion rates, and pipeline healthSales Support & Customer Experience (20%)Assist AEs with quote preparation and proposal coordinationSupport new customer onboarding and initial order setupRespond to customer inquiries and route to appropriate team membersCoordinate trade show logistics, booth setup, and lead captureContinuous Learning & Development (5%)Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessionsShadow Account Executives on customer calls and meetingsStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product lineDevelop skills in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniquesWhat Youll Need to SucceedRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service (B2B preferred)CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platformsFamiliarity with sales processes, pipeline stages, and basic forecastingExperience supporting field sales teams or working in a growth-oriented companyComfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeWhy Join Redemption PlusCompetitive compensation with annual performance reviewsComprehensive benefits packageHybrid flexibility to support work-life balanceOpportunities for development, including growth into an Account Executive or Account Manager roleA fun, purpose-driven culture where your work directly impacts customer experienceBenefits PackageHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance (company contributes 80%)401(k) with company match (fully vested immediately)Flexible PTO PolicyHybrid Work Model (3 days onsite in Taunton, MA / 2 days remote)Quarterly Team Events (we actually have fun together)Annual Performance Reviews with transparent promotion criteriaLocation & Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position based in Overland Park, KS.
