Business Effectiveness Lead

This role may be located in Boulder, CO, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; New York, NY, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA; Sunnyvale, CA, USA; or Los Angeles, CA, USA. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role. Preferred qualifications: Experience developing and implementing programs and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will lead, execute and contribute to organization wide initiatives, knowledge and information management cell (KIC) specific projects and cross-team projects to drive organization efficiency and impact for KIC and gTech Users and Products (gUP). You will create KIC to influence organization initiatives and activate these in the team. You will work with stakeholder teams within the organization and ensure initiatives drive results and impact in KIC. You will assess, collate and drive projects around KIC team needs to break through silos and create best practices in KIC.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $114000 - $164000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Create project plans, execute projects and recruit subject matter experts in the field.
  • Create cross-KIC points-of-view to support executive decision making and influence gUP wide projects.
  • Manage and activate projects from different levels of the organization within KIC.
  • Create measurable outcomes for project success measurement and report on them.
  • Work with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in, give progress updates and sign-off for projects with varying scope.
  • Leverage data to draw insights about business opportunities and help drive decision making.
