Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois. Duties:Support and enhance the account matching and mapping process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvementDevelop, refine, and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics and enable data-driven decision-makingAnalyze large and complex datasets across systemsCollaborate with business partners to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical supportCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levelsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy across workflowsInvestigate and resolve data or operational issues in a timely and thorough mannerTranslate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand explanations for both technical and non-technical audiencesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), with a strong focus on analytics and problem-solvingDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into data-driven insightsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong data analysis expertise using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel: advanced formulas, data manipulation, and problem-solvingProficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and analysisSolid understanding of core IT concepts, including databases, security, networking, and basic programming principlesUnderstanding of general business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service, and SupportBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00.
