Business Litigation Associate Location-Palm Beach FL Salary range: $100000 Experience & Qualifications 4 6 years of experience in commercial business litigation. Experience handling all phases of litigation including: Pre-litigation counseling Discovery Motion practice Trial and appeals Admission to at least one federal court. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Excellent written verbal and technical communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas. Key Responsibilities Develop case strategies and conduct legal research. Draft pleadings motions briefs and discovery documents. Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery. Handle depositions and prepare expert witnesses. Appear in court for hearings conferences and trials. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $135000 $155000 Compensation placement based on experience and skill level.
