Job Details Job Duties Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents Conduct and defend depositions Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Manage discovery and develop litigation strategy Communicate directly with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the case Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution when appropriate Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of litigation experience Active California Bar license in good standing Strong motion practice and legal writing skills Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team environment Trial experience is preferred but not required Experience handling business disputes such as contract matters, partnership disputes, or commercial litigation is helpful but not strictly required for strong litigators.
